Emily is a Lecturer in Mental Health Nursing. She is a BSc. Registered Nurse, NMC Nurse Teacher and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Prior to joining the School of Nursing and Midwifery, Emily worked at the ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ teaching on the Health and Social Care Foundation degree. Emily has worked in a range of practice settings, including:

  • Acute Adult In-patient Mental Health Care
  • Psychiatric Crisis and Home Treatment
  • Mental Health Liaison working in Accident and Emergency
  • Primary Care Mental Health working in GP surgeries
  • Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service

  • BSc (Hons) Applied Professional Studies
  • MSc Advancing Practice (Teacher in Health and Social Care)
  • NMC Registered Nurse Teacher
  • Registered Nurse (RMN)
