I’m interested in people and how we can best support them through significant changes in their lives. I returned to follow a path in Psychology after becoming a parent and found the online learning really rewarding and challenging to juggle within work and family responsibilities.

My PhD involved evaluating a new parenting programme before I moved to work on research projects with older adults during retirement or living with dementia.

I have been lucky to learn from working alongside people living with dementia and hope that my experiences will support others looking to develop their knowledge through post graduate programmes at ADS.

In my spare time I love to explore mountains and bake.
